Phil was very helpful and showed me how important having my will and Lasting Power of Attorney done was and the consequences if it wasn’t done. I highly recommend all young people get the wills and Lasting Power of Attorney done. Phil helped summarise everything for me so I understood what I was signing. Overall it is an easy process but very important for everyone even us younger age group.

We had been putting off making a will for sometime, no one wants to think about what will happen when you die do they...?

I got a lot of quotes from solicitors and then I saw Phil being recommended on Spotted Chellaston by several people.

After contacting Phil he popped round and went through everything with us. He rather helpfully deals with most of the diffcult questions by using humour, which is something that makes it a lot easier to discuss.

We now have our wills sorted with minimal fuss.
